You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. It's free, and we'll reply within one month.

How to make a request

Fill in the form below, or email cefandjub@gmail.com. Please:

• use the email address you ordered or signed up with, so we can find your information
• say what you'd like us to do, for example "Delete my data" or "Send me a copy of my data"

We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, to protect your information.

What happens when you ask us to delete your data

We'll delete your customer record and remove you from our emails. We have to keep order records for 6 years for tax reasons, but we won't use them for anything else.
