Orders & delivery

How long will my order take?

We process orders within 1–3 working days. They usually arrive within 5–12 working days in total. Our products ship from our supplier's international warehouse, so please allow the full window.

Will it arrive before Halloween?

Order by 15 October to get it in time for Halloween. We can't guarantee delivery by 31 October for orders placed after that date.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free on orders over £30. Below that, standard delivery is £3.49.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet. We only deliver to UK addresses at the moment.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Why might my items arrive in separate parcels?

Some products ship from different warehouses, so a bigger order can arrive in more than one parcel. You only pay delivery once.

Returns & problems

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Email us with your order number before sending anything back. See our returns policy for the details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Sorry about that. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any return costs.

My order hasn't arrived

If it's been more than 15 working days since you ordered, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Products

Do the lights need batteries?

Most of our lights are battery-powered. Each product page tells you which batteries it takes and whether they're included.

Are pet costumes safe for my pet?

Our pet costumes are for supervised dress-up only. Check the sizing guide, never leave your pet unattended while they're wearing one, and take it off if they seem uncomfortable.
