We want you to love your order from Grimhaus. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at cefandjub@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
You pay the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Please email us before sending anything back, and we'll give you the return address.
We'll refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you've sent it).

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any return costs. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
